Flexibility for Medical Reasons

We understand that from time to time, medical situations will arise, and you will not be able to make your original travel dates.

If you are unable to travel due to medical reasons, you may apply for a Future Travel voucher.    If approved this will be issued for the value of any unflown sectors in your booking, plus any unused ancillary items (i.e. seat selection).

To apply for the voucher, you should provide supporting documentation from your doctor or hospital and the documentation must cover the dates you are due to travel with us.  

Every voucher will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

General Information

• Your booking must have been made directly with Loganair and not through a third party/travel agent.
• If you have booked via a Third Party, you will need to liaise with them to make the application on your behalf. 
• Vouchers have a maximum period of 1 year for travel to be completed.
• The lead passenger from the original booking must travel on any flights purchased with the voucher. 
• Consideration will not be given where there is no supporting documentation.
• The documentation must have been issued by a doctor or hospital.

Your request will be reviewed and actioned within 7 working days.
