Please fill out the request form below if you need to film or take photography on our network, either with one of our crew or onboard our aircraft.

Loganair requires a minimum of 14 days to process a media request.

Flight numbers, dates of travel and booking reference, if applicable.
I declare I will only capture media with permission given to me regarding this request. I will follow the crew's instructions on the day of travel, even if that instruction is to stop capturing media for any reason. I declare I have adequate travel insurance for my equipment and understand that Loganair's liability is limited regarding high-value items. If I am required to capture media within an airport, I will send a separate request for permission to the relevant airport authority. I accept that I am responsible for ensuring that this process is managed. I agree not to include customers on board the aircraft or crew in my media without strictly captured and recorded consent. Loganair maintains the right to view the media before distribution as and when required. I will give Loganair advance notice of any finalised media in sufficient time to add comments before publishing.
