• The Organiser

   

   
  • The organiser of this competition is Loganair. 
  • The competition runs from Wednesday 18 December and will end on at midnight on Monday 9 January 2025.
  • The competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, other social channels, or media outlets. 
  • The prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have read, understood and accepted the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the competition.

• Entry Criteria

   

   
  • The competition starts on Wednesday, 18 December and ends on  Monday, 6 January 2025. 
  • Entries will be shortlisted to a final three before going to a final vote. 
  • The winner will be selected by public vote via Loganair’s social media channels. 
  • The competition is not open to Loganair employees or its partners and/or suppliers. 
  • Must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 
  • Loganair reserves the right to ask the winner for ID and proof of name to verify they are the entrant. 
  • The winner will be required to participate in publicity photographs (no more than twice in total) to receive their Grand Prize, and Loganair will email/telephone them to process their prize.  
  • On 25 January 2025, the winner will be announced on social media channels and via email to our newsletter database.  

• The Grand Prize

   

   

  Grand Prize – Loganair Flights for a Year for two people 

  • “Grand Prize” is valid for 24 return prizewinner flights for the winner and a companion on the Loganair network (nil fare and no taxes payable by customer) (12 return flights per person max.) 
  • The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, i.e. all flights must be 'booked' within 12 months, and travel must occur within 12 months.  
  • Once flights are confirmed, they cannot be changed or cancelled and will be deducted from the total allocation. 
  • The luggage allowance is that of a 'Fly' fare, i.e., 15kg hold luggage and 6kg cabin baggage allowance per passenger. Any excess baggage will be charged at published rates. 
  • Prize winner seats are subject to availability, and embargo restrictions may apply.  
  • Please note that prize booking is redeemable for Loganair-operated flights only. Excludes flights operated by interline or codeshare partners, including Blue Islands and Wideroe. Excludes Orkney inter-isle flights 
  • Loganair requires a minimum of 7 days' notice to process your request. 
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.  
  • The prize winner must travel for the “Grand Prize” to be applicable; however, the chosen companion can alternate.
  • Name changes are not applicable and cannot be made after the companion is confirmed on the booked flight.
  • Name changes, extensions or route changes are not permitted.
  • Liability concerning travel documentation & insurance rests solely with the prize winner.  
  • Travel is subject to Loganair's standard conditions of carriage prevailing at the time of travel. 
  • Clan Members cannot claim Clan Points on prize-winner bookings. 
  • Loganair reserves the right to revoke the Grand Prize at any time should this be abused or sold by the prizewinner for use by other passengers. 
  • No cash alternative will be available, and all promotional prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

• Runner-Up Prize

   

   

  Runner-Up Prizes – Glasgow to Barra return flights for two people  

  • Prize winner seats are subject to availability, and embargo restrictions may apply.   
  • Winners should be flexible in their choice of dates.   
  • Please note that prize booking is redeemable for Loganair-operated flights to Barra only.  
  • Prizes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.   
  • Loganair requires a minimum of 7 days' notice to process your request.  
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.   
  • Name changes, extensions or route changes are not permitted.   
  • The prize-winner and companion must travel together.   
  • Liability concerning travel documentation rests solely with the prize winner.   
  • Travel is subject to Loganair's standard conditions of carriage prevailing at the time of travel.  
  • Clan Members cannot claim Clan Points on prize-winner bookings.
